The Inspiration

This piece was inspired by Oregon. I grew up in California, was born in Washington, and have now settled here in Oregon. The West Coast is very much familiar to me and I wanted to capture the things that made Oregon special. Every mountian, river, butte, and forest bringing it's own magic within the state. The lines from the Wood Burn create emphasis on the detailing of rugged lines. Original wood burned art set to make a difference in a home space or office. Pairs so well with other art pieces and furniture.

Dimensions: 31.5" width x 10.5"height x 2" depth including frame.

Frame: Solid Pine Floater Frames, Stained with Natural wood color.

Medium: Wood burned drawing and shading and acrylic painting to create a multi-dimensional effect when looking at the piece head on. I also used Water color to create a faded look so that I did not overshadow the wood grain.
